Neurotraining Intro Course

Pre-Course

The starting point for every ISANT credential — no prior neuroscience background required.

This 24-module online course lays the conceptual foundation for brain-based movement training. You will understand how the nervous system governs movement quality, why traditional assessment misses critical variables, and how to start applying a neurotraining lens with your clients right away.

  • Next steps on the ISANT pathway
What you will achieve
  • Explain the neurological drivers of movement quality to clients and colleagues
  • Identify when compensation patterns have a neurological — not structural — root cause
  • Run a basic neurotraining assessment and select appropriate entry-level drills
  • Earn an ISANT Certificate of Completion and qualify to enroll in Level 1
