Your first official ISANT credential — earned in an immersive weekend intensive.
Level 1 is the gateway to professional ISANT certification. Over an intensive weekend, you will master the assess–drill–reassess cycle with hands-on practice, learn body-region specific neurodrills, and leave with a toolkit you can deploy with clients on Monday morning. Assessment includes a written exam and practical evaluation.
Day 1 Morning — Assessment Deep Dive
- Refining your eye: what to look for in movement
- Visual system assessment protocols
- Vestibular and proprioceptive testing sequence
- Identifying the dominant sensory driver in a client
Day 1 Afternoon — Neurodrills by Region
- Cervical and jaw region drills
- Shoulder and thoracic spine protocols
- Hip and pelvis neuroactivation
- Foot and ankle sensory work
Day 2 Morning — Reassessment & Programming
- Running the full assess–drill–reassess loop live
- Interpreting reassessment results
- Building a one-session neurodrill protocol
- Documenting and tracking client progress
Day 2 Afternoon — Exam & Case Practice
- Written knowledge exam
- Practical assessment observation
- Peer case-study presentations
- Q&A and certificate ceremony
- Execute the full assess–drill–reassess cycle independently
- Select and apply region-specific neurodrills based on assessment findings
- Write a one-session neurodrill protocol for a real client
- Earn the ISANT Level 1 Neurotrainer credential (2-year validity)
Where are Level 1 intensives held?
Intensives are held in multiple cities internationally throughout the year. Dates and locations are announced through the ISANT newsletter. Contact us to be notified of upcoming cohorts near you.
What if I don't pass the exam on the first attempt?
Participants who don't pass the written or practical exam on the first attempt may schedule a re-examination within 60 days at no additional cost.
How do I renew my Level 1 credential before it expires?
Complete an ISANT-approved recertification workshop (minimum 4 CE hours) within the 2-year validity window. Workshop credits are logged in your ISANT profile automatically.
